Valentine's Day Treat Bags:

I made some treat bags this week that would be very cute for a Valentine's day gift. 

I used the Close To My Heart Artiste cartridge to cut out the bag (4 inch).  It folds up really easy ... I was impressed at how easy it was to put together!  The roses were from the Art Philosophy cartridge.  These were my first 3d flowers, and I must say I LOVE them!  The "You are the BEST" stamp is from the January stamp of the month "Cross Stitch Wishes" stamped in Hollyhock ink. 

I put some Sweethearts and Dove chocolates to make the bags even sweeter!  (By the way, when did the change Sweethearts?  They just don't taste like they used to!

Happy Birthday with Cupcake Card:

I made this card for my first Close To My Heart gathering.  I used my CuttleBug to emboss the three pink strips of paper.  The cupcake was from the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge that I distressed with bamboo ink.  I used gypsy ink for the cupcake and Happy Birthday lettering.  Then to make it pop a bit more, I added glitter glue and pop-dots for the 3d effect!

The First Day:

I have loved scrapbooking and crafts of all kinds since I can remember.  Now, I'm a brand new consultant with Close To My Heart, and I'm learning all kinds of new things already!  I'm creating this blog to try to spur myself to create more projects as well as share with anyone who wants to see my projects and ideas.  I'm hopeful it will help someone out there as well as inspire me to do more!
